Hello, I’m Pınar Yücel.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Istanbul University and an MBA in Strategic Management & Leadership from Yeditepe University. I bring a total of 20 years of management experience from global companies such as PwC, Deloitte, Huawei and Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia) into today’s real estate market, offering an analytical and strategic approach to Istanbul’s residential, rental and commercial property segments.

I evaluate the true value of a property through a holistic analysis of regional dynamics, market trends, economic indicators and physical characteristics—providing accurate, transparent and reliable guidance for both buyers and sellers.

With my personalized consultancy model, I work not only in the areas I specialize in—Beşiktaş, Etiler, Ulus, Akatlar, Levent, the Bosphorus line and Muğla—but also conduct portfolio research and analysis in other locations across Istanbul and Turkey when needed.
